PISTON DIAPHRAGM DOSING PUMPS DMH 25X SERIES, Medical Machinery

DMH 25X Series DMH hydraulic piston diaphragm dosing pumps have a flow capacity between 0.15 l/s - 2 x 1500 l/s and a pressure range between 4 - 200 bar. The Grundfos DMH series is extremely powerful and stable in applications requiring reliable dosing and high pressure capacity, such as process engineering. The DMH 28x is specially designed for high pressure applications from 50 to 200 bar. The series, which is extremely useful, offers a wide flow range, different sizes of dosing heads, a wide range of materials and accessories. Our customers around the world enjoy the convenience of many years of trouble-free operation of DMH pumps. Technical Specifications Model DMH 22X Capacity (lt/h) 2.2-1500/2 double head Max. Pressure (bar) 4-25 Advantages High pressure dosing up to 200 bar High precision dosing capability Fully Teflon membrane as standard Always accurate dosing DMH The pumps set high standards for dosing precision and accuracy and ensure exact repeatability of values. Dosing flow fluctuation for the DMH25x, < ± 1.5% in the control range of 10-100%; the linearity deviation is ± 2% of the full scale value. Dosing flow fluctuation for the DMH28x, < ± 1.0% in the 10-100% control range; the linearity deviation is ± 1% of the full scale value. Smooth and low-vibration dosing The advanced drive technology and gear kinematics that make up the DMH series provide smooth and low-vibration dosing without creating pressure peaks. In this way, the tension on parts such as pipes and valves is reduced and the maintenance periods of the whole system are arranged at less frequent intervals. Motors that meet application needs In the DMH series, there are high-quality motors at frequencies of 50 Hz, 60 Hz, 100 Hz (Variable Frequency Drive) for applications using motors with specific features, and EX class or ATEX certified motors for required situations. Excellent material selection for the parts and body that come into contact with liquids, epoxy-coated aluminum casting (if API 675 is required, gray iron casting) durable housings for the DMH series have been designed to meet all application needs. Investment costs and operating costs of spare parts remain low for many years. It will not be difficult for you to choose a product that is fully resistant to the dosed chemical among the wide range of materials offered for dosing heads, valves and accessories. All parts that come into contact with the liquid must be resistant to the chemicals used. The diaphragm is produced entirely from PTFE. Safe and trouble-free operation The pressure relief valve and active diaphragm protection system (AMS) integrated in series protect the pump and the entire system against high pressure in the event of a blocked discharge line. In addition, the gas relief valve in the pump ensures high functional safety of the pump, the installation and the whole process. DMH pumps have a long operating life and service intervals thanks to the aluminum housing and piston diaphragm technology. Approvals and certifications We offer EX-class or ATEX-approved motors and pumps for potentially explosive areas. We supply API 675 certified special versions of our DMH dosing pumps for applications in the petrochemical field. Different pump configurations and application flexibility Different product configurations are available to meet the requirements: Flexible flow control concept - manual or automatic stroke length adjustment by electric servo motor. Pumps fitted with double diaphragm or electrically heated special dosing heads with fault indication. The application range of the pump series is quite extensive thanks to the dosing diaphragm made entirely of PTFE. Liquid contact parts are available in material combinations to suit almost any dosing operation. From the options you can choose the configuration that best suits the conditions of your dosing process. Ready for demanding fields of application Power plants Dosing of chemicals during processes in power stations: boiler feed water, treatment of cooling water and process water (purification of raw water, chemicals for ion exchangers, water treatment supplementation, waste water neutralization). Dosing of ammonia, hydrazine, phosphate in high pressure areas (such as boiler feed water). Petrochemical/oil and gas industry, refinery Dosing of chemicals in processes around oil and gas production areas (non-borehole and platform): Dosing of chemicals for treatment of cleaning water and process water Dosing of paraffin as a lubricant in oil pipelines Inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor to protect oil pipelines dosing of chemicals Dosing of additives and catalysts Gas odorization as a safety measure against leakage Process and drinking water treatment Difficult conditions (hot climate, desert, outdoor installations) High flow and pressure values EX regions ATEX Directive (94/9/EC), Group II , category 2 (zone 1/21) ATEX Directive (94/9/EC), Group II, category 3 (zone 2/22) Flammable
