Automatic Strapping Machine is used for products that are bound using Polypropylene Strap. There is a standard 60 x 80 cm frame on the machine. However, these frames can be in different sizes depending on the dimensions of the products to be connected. There are Automatic Strapping Machines with frame sizes ranging from 40 x 40 cm to 40 x 160 cm. The widths of the Polypropylene Circle to be used can be 5 mm, 8 mm, 12 mm and 15 mm. In many brands, machines only work with a circle width. So if the machine is made for 8 mm circle, it can only be used with 8 mm circle. Modifications to use a ring of different sizes in such a machine require high costs. Besleme Şekline Göre                 Otomatik Çemberleme Makinaları besleme sistemine göre üç çeşittir. Avare Rulo Hareketli, Motorlu Rulo Konveyör Hareketli, Motorlu Konveyör Bant Hareketli. En yaygın kullanılan model Avare Rulo Hareketli modeldir. Makinenin üzerinde avare dönen rulolar bulunur. Ürün bu rulolar üzerinden kaydırılarak çemberlenmek üzere çerçevenin içine itilir. Motorlu Rulo Konveyör Hareketli makinalar otomasyon paketleme hatlarında kullanılır. Üretim hattından gelen ürünler makine üzerinde motorlu olarak dönen metal rulolara devredilir. Fotosel yardımıyla ürün, isteğe bağlı ve sıralı olarak 1 – 2 veya 3 defa çemberle bağlanır. Motorlu Konveyör Bant Hareketli, makinalarda Motorlu Rulo Konveyör Hareketli makinalar gibi çalışır. Tek fark makine içindeki konveyör hattın metal rulo değil, kauçuk bant olmasıdır. Çizilebilecek veya çok hafif olan ürünler için tasarlanmıştır.
