STREX IR FIXED OVEN (TUNNEL OVEN) STREX IR Tunnel Ovens are used in many sectors such as glass, plastic, white goods and wood, but they are mainly used in the textile sector. Tunnel Kiln offers optimum solutions with high efficiency and low investment cost. The medium wave infrared ray used as a heating system in STREX IR Tunnel Ovens greatly increases the drying, polymerization, curing speed and quality in water and solvent based paint applications. It increases the fixation speed of the dye used in the textile industry, while ensuring that the bond structure formed is stronger and more homogeneous, improving the fixation quality (such as abrasion degree, washing test), providing a brighter appearance of the dye and reducing the risk of yellowing of light-colored fabrics. Teflon belt, wire belt, stainless steel belt, chain system and fixture conveyor systems are used in STREX IR Tunnel Ovens. Special belt systems can also be used according to the project. These furnaces can be used in continuous lines or in processes that follow a sequence. More than one conveyor that works independently of each other can be designed in the same tunnel, as well as fixed tunnel kilns that do not have a conveyor system. Heat is applied to one surface of the product in STREX IR Tunnel Ovens. However, in special projects, equal heat can be applied to two or more surfaces at the same time. Low cost and high speed drying is provided by the closed circuit air circulation system specially applied by STREX in drying processes with high humidity. At the same time, a special fan system that provides rotten air discharge can be used in processes with dense water vapor, gas and smoke factor. Thanks to the special infrared heater placement applied in STREX IR Tunnel Ovens, the entrance cabinets can also shock. Thanks to shocking, process times can be shortened by up to 20%.
