Input / Output Modules I/O modules that offer superior operating performance with the VIP communication protocol can be programmed to work in a cause-effect scenario and fire automation can be done. ◗ Compliant with EN 54-17 and EN 54-18 standards ◗ Model option with short circuit isolator ◗ System activated, LED indicators for activation, fault conditions and communication status ◗ Easy mounting with rail system ◗ 2/1 with I/O module 2 zone monitoring inputs, 1 sounder output option or 2 dry contact monitoring inputs and 1 dry contact relay output option ◗ 4/2 I/O module with 4 dry contact monitoring inputs and 2 dry contact relay output options Dry Contact Input / Output Modules Modules take their energy from the cycle and can be programmed to operate in a cause and effect scenario. Within the fire automation, desired peripheral systems can be monitored with contact monitoring inputs and desired peripheral systems can be controlled with relay outputs. The contact monitoring inputs are used to monitor the external dry contact (voltage free) relay output. The contact has the feature of normally open and normally closed operation. The type of event that the switchboard will detect in case of a change in the contact state can be determined by the user. The double-pole dry contact (voltage-free) relay output, which can withstand a maximum current of 30V DC, 1A, has normally open and normally closed contact positions. It can be set to output according to the event type determined by the user. In models with SCI feature, it isolates the line in case of short circuit, thanks to the internal short circuit isolator. Powered Input / Output Modules require 18V - 30V DC external power supply and this source can be monitored for fault conditions. It can be programmed to operate in a cause and effect scenario. The contact monitoring inputs are used to monitor the external dry contact (voltage free) relay output. The contact has the feature of normally open and normally closed operation. The type of event that the switchboard will detect in case of a change in the contact state can be determined by the user. The 24V DC 500mA siren output can be activated as desired within the fire automation. It can be set to output according to the event type determined by the user. In models with SCI feature, it isolates the line in case of short circuit, thanks to the internal short circuit isolator.
