It is designed for single stage, 7.5/10/13 bar suction pressure and 40 bar outlet pressure. It is driven by V belt-pulley. V-belt tension can be adjusted easily with the motor tensioning system. The compressor is driven by an asynchronous electric motor with F insulation, IP55 protection, IE2 efficiency. Compressor is provided with star-delta control panel. Compressor head and cylinders and crankshaft are cast from EN GJS 603 spheroidal material. With the help of a rod integrated into the design of the crankshaft, whipping lubrication is performed. The air flow from the cylinder stages to the collector is provided by a hydraulic hose, and the flow of the control air is provided by a pneumatic teflon hose. It is air cooled: Cooling is provided by the air flow created by the aftercooler and the flywheel propeller. There is a mini ball valve integrated into the body that allows the compressor oil to be drained easily. A detachable blind plug is attached to the outlet of this valve against the risk of draining the oil. Thanks to the sight glass integrated in the compressor head, the condition of the oil can be easily monitored. The operation control of the compressor is carried out by the microprocessor control unit. Monitoring of pressure status is provided by pressure transmitter and microprocessor control unit. With the safety valve adjusted to +1 bar of the compressor operating pressure, the system is assured against excessive pressure. The cabin has been designed according to the most suitable usage conditions: Vibration is minimized by using rubber wedges in various places. Noise is minimized by covering the interior surfaces of the cabin with fireproof sound insulation sponge. Easy service applications are provided with the push on-off locking system of the cabin doors. The air flow is controlled by the microprocessor control unit with the pneumatic actuated valves (together with the air conditioner) placed at the inlet and outlet of the compressor air flow system. The temperature of the compressor air outlet is provided by the temperature sensor and the microprocessor control unit.
