Internal Disconnectors Our Indoor Type Medium Voltage Disconnectors are in accordance with TSE Standard, TEDAŞ MYD specifications and special projects; It is manufactured with meticulous workmanship, using quality materials, to provide long-lasting and safe operation in facilities. Profile sheet metal is used in the separator chassis, and the shaft bearings are made of brass material to ensure the best rotational movement of the main and grounding shafts. In this way, rusting of the shaft bearings is definitely prevented. Chassis, shaft, intermediate joint, control mechanism, pipe clamps and shaft couplings of the separators are hot-dip galvanized, and other hardware materials used are zinc and cadmium coated. The copper terminals used in the disconnectors are complete, and the surfaces of the copper arms that contact the terminals are electro silver plated. The full contact of the copper arms with the terminals is best ensured by the use of double springs. Intermediate joint and extra-cell control mechanisms used in our separators are manufactured with mechanical, electrical locking or auxiliary contact upon request and are supplied separately. Separators are delivered in wooden packaging. Medium Voltage Disconnectors should only be used for switching no-load circuits; It is absolutely dangerous to turn it on and off under load. Type Tests of our separators have been carried out in an accredited laboratory and are manufactured in our facilities with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
