Thanks to the oscillating movement of the disc units, sanding can be done on raw, primed or coated surfaces with a depth of 0.1 mm. - The speed and height of the conveyor belt can be adjusted independently of the units and the height control is provided by an electronic ruler. In addition, thanks to the special structure of the conveyor belt and pressure balls, it offers the opportunity to sand small workpieces without any problems. - Easily replaceable brushes. - All controls and settings are made through the control panel. - In addition, machine input and output conveyors provide convenience in machine feeding and output. - Unit structure that can be adjusted to any thickness between 0 mm and 60 mm with a sensitivity of 0.01 - Possibility to sand on raw, primed, coated products and surfaces without changing the sandpaper. OSYLATION MOVING DISC BRUSH SANDING SYSTEM This unit consists of 2 units (1 section) with auto-adjustable speed - 18 oscillating disc brushes. Disc brush sanders in the unit move clockwise and counterclockwise. The oscillation movement of the discs is extremely successful in the raw and primer sanding of the engravings on the product or in the sanding of coated surfaces. Easily changed brush abrasives provide convenience to the operator. CYLINDER (DRUM) BRUSH SANDING SYSTEM This unit consists of 2 units (1 section) and 2 rollers whose speed can be adjusted automatically. The roller brush abrasives in the unit move clockwise and counterclockwise, so they are extremely successful in the raw and primer sanding of carvings on the product or in sanding coated surfaces. Easily changed brush abrasives provide convenience to the operator. EASY CONTROL SYSTEM In PROSAND MG 1000, the speeds of all units, the speed and height of the conveyor are made through the control panel.
