KULP VD200 FILLING MACHINE

MACHINE FEATURES: - The machine is a volumetric filling machine working with a pneumatic system. - It takes the product from an 80 lt funnel with standard or level system control, depending on the need. - Weight setting is easily adjusted and recorded with the dial and numerator. - It pulls the product to be filled directly from its own funnel or the machine is connected to the bottom of the manufacturing boiler and fed from there. - Thanks to its high surface smoothness and argon welding technology, it prevents bacterial growth and contamination. - The sealing elements are manufactured from teflon, viton or polyethylene material according to the chemical properties and temperature of the material to be filled. - The parts on the machine are connected to each other with tri-clamps. - Nozzle, valve and filling piston are designed for easy cleaning. It can be easily disassembled without any tools. - According to the product, liquid, viscous or granular interchangeable filling nozzles are available. - There is a platform with drawers to put the packages during the filling process; this platform can be easily adjusted up and down according to the size of the package. - The machine stands on a stainless steel frame supported by 4 wheels. Thanks to its wheels, the desired items are made ready for filling easily and quickly on the ground. - Table top and wheel models are available. - The machine works with 6 ATU compressed air.
