Compressor is started with star-delta control system. It is driven by V belt-pulley. With the V-belt tensioning system, V-belt tensioning can be done directly and easily. The control of the sucked air is provided by the microprocessor control unit with the help of the suction control valve mounted on the screw group in the air intake circuit and the 3/2 way solenoid valve (compressor load-unloaded operation). In order to separate the air-oil mixture in the air-oil circuit, a specially designed air-oil (separator) tank is used according to the immersion type separator. The flange covers of the compressor air-oil tanks of 45 kW and above are designed with a hinge mechanism that provides easy opening and closing in service situations. The system is secured by using a safety valve set above the compressor operating pressure +1 bar on the air-oil (separator) tank. The temperature control and safety of the air-oil circulation system is provided by the microprocessor control unit, thanks to the NTC integrated into the oil circuit and the PT100 temperature sensor, which is a second assurance element. The pressure control of the air system is provided by the microprocessor control unit thanks to the pressure transmitters integrated on the network side of the air circulation system and on the air oil tank. While the compressor is running, thanks to the oil flow chamber integrated on the separator return oil return line, the return of the filtered oil at the bottom of the separator to the screw group can be monitored. With the oil level indicator mounted on the air-oil tank, the condition of the oil can be easily monitored.
