General Features MVD Turret Punchs are manufactured in closed type, robust steel construction and to work with minimum flexing. Working system is CNC and hydraulic. It has 4 axis control. The X and Y axes are for sheet movement, T for Turret rotation, and C for index station rotation. The 32-station Turret is such that even sheets with complex and diverse holes can be processed in one clamping. Since index stations can strike the sheet at any desired angle, it is inevitable for parts with various angles of cut. It has the feature of precise forming and using roller set. Therefore, HTP Turret Punchs provide a complete solution at an affordable cost. All kinds of operations can be programmed with the Metalix CNC/CAD program.
