Steam coming from outside at 1- 5 bar pressure is automatically sprayed on the label on the bottle by means of nozzles. The length of the tunnel is 1.5-2-2.5-3-4 meters, respectively. 2- The tunnel can be adjusted according to the material and shape of the bottle (plastic glass corner or round bottles or boxes) 3- Electricity consumption will be 3 kW/hour. 70% of the machine is made of stainless steel. 1/2” valves are used as stainless steel. Brass and stainless steel fittings are used in steam connections. Chassis part will consist of stainless profile. 4- Connection of steam to nozzles is made by means of stainless braided hoses. 5- Waste steam is reabsorbed from 6 different areas in the machine. 6- There are 8 glass doors around the tunnel in 2020 model machines. 7-Nozzles can be adjusted forward-backward, up-down, angled. Each nozzle flow can be adjusted individually. While the tunnel is working, the back and forth adjustments of the steam nozzles can be made from outside the machine. 8-There is a pressure hose on the machine.
