The tire safety cage is a special protection system designed to protect workers against possible explosion (burst) risk during inflation processes of large volume tires, which is mandatory to use according to occupational health and safety laws. These cage systems produced by Bayrakcı Metal are fully compliant with both Turkey's Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.177 and TS 12516 standards.
It is a legal requirement that the tire inflation process be carried out inside this safety cage and the operator be at least 3 meters away. The product is manufactured using S235 quality tube profile and base plate, and is durable, long-lasting and industrially painted.
