VENTILATION INSTALLATION

VENTILATION INSTALLATION, Construction

Ventilation installation is a requirement of comfortable living. Split air conditioners provided us with heating and cooling without ventilation. However, it has been better understood today during the epidemic that comfort cannot be provided without oxygen entering the interior, the bad air inside, being thrown out with the ventilation system. Ventilation installation is not only a requirement of comfort. The importance of ventilation installation in industry is understood more. In order to create a healthy environment in some places, even if there is no heating and cooling, ventilation installation (ventilation system) is mandatory. There are also legal compulsions in this regard. It is no longer desirable to leave the exhaust air on the factory roof, it would be more correct to leave the exhaust air a few meters high or to throw it high with a jetcap. An aspirator must be used in the ventilation installation. This is called mechanical ventilation. There are many different types of aspirators used in the ventilation system. Although the aspirators are normally made of galvanized sheet, in cases where acid vapors are intense, they can be made of stainless or even PP material. Plug fans or single suction fans are used when exhaust air is not desired to pass over the engine. Exproof Fan is used in places where there is a risk of fire and explosion. Atex certification is preferred. In the kitchen ventilation, the exhaust air should not pass over the engine. In order to be easy to clean, a sparse bladed fan should be used. The device must have a cleanable and grease trap metal filter. The internal structure of the device should be suitable for these conditions, cleanable and washable. Single or double walled hoods are used in kitchen ventilation. Stainless material is preferred in the hood and in the kitchen air ducts. In ventilation installation, ventilation ducts are made of galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel, textile material (fabric duct); They are manufactured in round, oval or rectangular cross-section. When necessary, different paint types or coatings can be applied to the air ducts used in the ventilation installation. If the air ducts are used to transport conditioned air, insulation is applied. Insulation is applied from the inner surface or generally from the outer surface. Glass wool, rock wool, rubber are generally preferred as insulation material. In cases where noise is important, a silencer can be applied to the device inlets and outlets, as well as sound insulation from the inner surface to the channels in these regions. Acoustic materials must be non-combustible. In order for the ventilated environment not to fall into vacuum, fresh air should be either mechanically returned to the environment at the rate of exhaustion or it should be allowed. Another step beyond this is to use a heat recovery unit. With these devices, while exhaust is made from the inside to the outside, filtered fresh air is provided to the inside. Kitchen ventilation, parking garage ventilation, smoke exhaust, shelter ventilation, laboratory ventilation, industrial ventilation are the most used ventilation systems. In the parking lots, ventilation can be done with jet fans without the need for an air duct. Jet fans are available in radial and axial models. Pressurization fans are used in stairwells. Frequency converter and automation can be applied to the fans. In the ventilation system, pre-filter, bag filter, hepa filter in more sensitive places and carbon filter in places where odor needs to be eliminated, Electrostatic Filter to catch particles such as oil vapor are used to protect the installation and the environment.
