Position Responsibilities:
• Performing wheel alignment and balancing on passenger and light commercial vehicles
• Providing accurate fault diagnosis and solution-oriented intervention
• Effective use of wheel alignment devices and balancing machines
• Providing customer satisfaction-oriented service
• Control of workshop layout and equipment
Candidate Expectations:
• Minimum 3 years of wheel alignment and balancing experience
• Knowledge of wheel alignment devices (preferably Hunter, John Bean)
• Familiarity with passenger and light commercial vehicle types
• Knowledge of wheel alignment
• Teamworker, reliable, and responsible
• Able to work in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Friendly and solution-oriented customer service.
Preferred Additional Features:
• Ministry of National Education (MEB) approved or a master/journeyman certificate
• Additional experience in tire mounting, balancing, alignment, and suspension systems
• Be able to actively drive a vehicle (Class B driver's license)
