The 2430 model is a professional-grade air-operated grease pump with a 45:1 pressure ratio and 30 kg capacity, specially designed for short-distance, high-pressure lubrication tasks.
Its custom chassis ensures easy transportation over rough terrain. The pump includes a 3-meter steel-reinforced hydraulic hose, a regulator (7131), and an air coupler (2095) for full pneumatic control.
With a Ø62 mm piston, the follower plate and spring tightly compress the grease, providing reliable performance even with high-viscosity lubricants and in cold environments.
The combination of Z and I swivel joints enhances maneuverability and ergonomics during operation.
