The 2450 model is a drum-type air-operated grease pump with a 45:1 pressure ratio, designed to be easily mounted on standard 185 kg grease drums using a drum cover support.
It is ideal for short-distance, high-pressure lubrication tasks, especially in industrial maintenance operations. The system does not include a hose, allowing the user to choose components that suit specific needs.
Equipped with a Ø62 mm piston, the pump requires the use of a follower plate and counterweight to compress the grease effectively. These components help maintain smooth and reliable grease flow — even in cold environments and with high-viscosity lubricants.
The unit operates between 6 and 8 bar of air pressure. For maximum efficiency and extended equipment life, always use filtered and lubricated air. Optional accessories are available to customize the system as needed.
