KR BM KBOTIC Automatic Spray Machine and Intelligent Quality Control System

Robotic Smart Spray Machine
Developed for the robotic painting of 3D and panel-shaped products, Kbotic is a new generation multi-axis painting robot that allows the edges and surface profiles of the products to be painted with the same quality as their flat surfaces. Up to 2 cartesian robot arms and up to 10 guns can be coupled to Kbotic, which can be configured according to any need thanks to its flexible design. Detecting the products with Image Processing Technology (Kavision), Kbotic monitors the dyed products at the exit with the intelligent Quality Control System (SQC) and offers the ideal dyeing quality to the user. Kbotic perfects the dyeing quality by optimizing the dyeing parameters with its artificial intelligence technology.
 

STANDARD EQUIPMENT
QUALITY CONTROL UNIT (SQC)
At Kbotic, an industrial camera and quality control system at the machine exit are offered as an option. This patented product of Karabudak Makina maximizes efficiency by taking photographs of the painted workpieces, performing quality control with the help of artificial intelligence, and giving approval or rejection. Thanks to artificial intelligence, if SQC rejects the part or process, it learns and corrects new painting parameters for continuous improvement.

 

PRODUCT SCANNING SYSTEM (Kavision)
The patented Kavision unit, which detects the products in 3D at the machine entrance, is offered as standard. The system detects the width and depth measurements of the products in millimeters at the machine entrance and automatically prepares the work order for painting in real time without the need for any CAM data. Thanks to this feature, it also reduces operator errors to zero. . The surface paint homogeneity of the painted workpiece is determined numerically. This data is used to create an additional painting route.

 

ROBOT ARM
In Kbotic, a 4-axis Cartesian arm and 2 airmix guns on the arm are offered as standard. In this way, it allows applying both paint and glue with the same machine. Optionally, thanks to its wide arm box, it offers quick change of 3 colors with the 2K mix unit.

Motif 3D etc. along with 4 axis and 5 axis options. Gun sets for painting surfaces can be quickly changed with the easy lock.

 

CONTROL SYSTEM
All control and Image Processing of the machine is provided via 15” multitech IPC. Kavision and SQS software are controlled via this IPC. It stores images of the parts to be painted and painted, quality results, daily production data, fault records, up to 50,000 images. It allows remote management and remote control of data. All production data can be tracked online with the optional IOT system. Can send daily production reports.

 

PAINT RECYCLING SYSTEM
Kbotic recycler can be made with conveyor belt. In this way, it provides paint savings of up to 30% in mass production.

 

SUCTION & VENTILATION SYSTEM
In Kbotic, an exhaust fan with a flow rate of 18000 m³/h and an accordion cardboard filter are offered as standard. In this way, overspray particles formed during painting are quickly removed from the environment, ensuring that the cabin interior remains clean at all times. 6 frequency-controlled internal ventilation fans are offered as standard. In this way, the cabin pressure is constantly kept balanced with pressure sensors and dust is prevented from entering the machine from the environment. Filters are EU 5 class wax filters. In addition, filter pollution is monitored with differential pressure switches, and warnings are given when the filter becomes dirty and loses its life.

 

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Automatic Lubrication System, which ensures trouble-free and long-lasting operation of the system by lubricating the linear rails and bearings on which the robot arms move at adjustable periods, is offered as standard.

Kbotic Painting Robot can be produced with two robot arms as needed.

In this way, the dyeing speed can be doubled or rapid color transitions can be made since the arms can work independently. In addition, since the 2 arms can work together continuously, it allows painting at very high speeds.
