KR YZM 1300 Smart Automatic Surface Sanding Machine It performs the best sanding of both carved and flat surfaced parts. The part is detected at the entrance with image processing technology (kavision). With its artificial intelligence, KR YZM 1300 assigns 4 separate vibration sanding arms for the most ideal sanding of the part. These arms, which vibrate with a printing sensitivity of 150gr and a speed of 12,000 rpm, create tremendous surface quality. Thanks to precise pressure control and smart sanding, it performs finish sanding before polishing. It sands flat parts with waves up to 3 mm, removing chips equally from all areas without removing the bottom.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT IMAGE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY With the Image Processing Technology it uses, it scans more precisely than other scanning systems and ensures perfect sanding of your products. Image Processing Technology allows using the learning method. With this method, you can determine the areas you want to sand on the piece and sand them, or you can sand only the area you specify.
CONTROL SYSTEM
All control of the machine and Image Processing are provided via 15” IPC. Thanks to this IPC, all images to be sanded, daily operating data and fault records are stored. It provides remote management and control of data. All production data can be tracked online with the optional IOT system. Can send daily production reports.
ROBOT ARM SANDING SYSTEM
This unit has 8 moving orbital sanding motors whose pressure intensities and distances can be adjusted automatically. Height differences and edges on the product are taken into account, and the pressure arms are adjusted automatically. In this way, smart sanding is done.
OSCILLATION DISC BRUSH SYSTEM
This unit consists of 9 Oscillating Disc Brush sanders whose height and speed can be automatically adjusted. Raw and primer sanding of the carvings on the product is provided.
OSCILLATION CYLINDER BRUSH SYSTEM
This unit consists of 2 Roller Brush sanders, whose height and rotation speed can be automatically adjusted independently. Raw and primer sanding of the carvings on the product is provided.
MOVABLE AIR JET UNIT FOR DUST CLEANING The sanding dust on the product is cleaned by this equipment before it leaves the machine.
MOVING CONVEYOR TABLE The conveyor is mobile and its height can be changed with 1 mm precision according to the product thickness. It can be adjusted automatically according to the desired part thickness from the touch screen. Max. working speed is 8m/min
SCOTTISH CYLINDER SYSTEM This unit removes the sanding marks on the finished products and prepares the perfect ground to obtain a smooth surface.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM It lubricates the linear rails and bearings on which the robot arms move at adjustable periods, thus ensuring trouble-free and long-lasting operation thanks to the Automatic Lubrication System offered as standard.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT CROSS BRUSH SYSTEM It reduces sanding scratches by working horizontally in the direction of travel. It allows detailed sanding of rustic and CNC machined parts on the 2nd and 3rd axes.
