KR FZM 1300-2 Brush Sanding Machine
Developed for raw and primer sanding of rustic and CNC carved surfaces, the KR FZM 1300.2 Brush Sanding Machine achieves successful results even on the most difficult surfaces with its powerful equipment and flexible sanding feature.


STANDARD EQUIPMENT
CONTROL SYSTEM
This panel allows you to easily enter the values of all operations such as the positioning of all units, conveyor belt movement speed, which units will work, how far the brush sanders will dive into the product, and the movements of the independent orbital sanding units. All production data can be tracked online with the optional IOT system. Can send daily production reports.

 

OSCILLATION DISC BRUSH
This unit consists of a total of 18 pieces of 9+9, diameter 250 mm Oscillating Disc Brush sanders, the height and speed of which can be adjusted automatically. Raw and primer sanding of the carvings on the product is provided. It takes working position with 1mm precision.

 

OSCILLATING CYLINDER BRUSH
This unit consists of a total of 6 pieces of 2+2+2 diameter 320 mm Oscillating Roller Brush sanders, whose height and rotation speed can be adjusted automatically. Raw and primer sanding of the carvings on the product is provided. It takes working position with 1mm precision.

 

MOVING CONVEYOR TABLE
The conveyor is mobile and its height can be changed with 1 mm precision according to the product thickness. It can be adjusted automatically according to the desired part thickness from the touch screen. Max. working speed is 8m/min

 

VACUUM TABLE
The vacuum system prevents the products from moving on the conveyor belt and being damaged.

 

MOVABLE AIR JET UNIT FOR DUST CLEANING
The sanding dust on the product is cleaned by this equipment before it leaves the machine.

 

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
It lubricates the linear rails and bearings on which the robot arms move at adjustable periods, thus ensuring trouble-free and long-lasting operation thanks to the Automatic Lubrication System offered as standard.

CROSS BRUSH UNIT
It reduces sanding scratches by working horizontally in the direction of travel. It allows detailed sanding of rustic and CNC machined parts on the 2nd and 3rd axes.

It consists of a total of 2 units and 4 brushes.
